Returns Policy
RETURNS AND REFUND NOTICE
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return/exchange it up to 14 days after the date you receive the item for a full refund providing the item is returned unopened/unused with the labels still attached in the same condition it was delivered in*.
Proof of purchase must be provided in order for a return to be processed.
Sale items cannot be returned.
The return postage and packaging is to be covered by the customer and is non-refundable.
*Not including furniture
Furniture items cannot be returned unless they are damaged. If furniture items arrive damaged, please get in touch with us directly and we will arrange a return/replacement/refund.
